Beautiful mid-19th century pine chest with a serpentine front, shaped top, and original brass rosette hardware. Made of solid pine with thick drawer fronts and an aged patina over more than 170 years. True wear throughout enhances its character and authenticity. Historic surface repair to the top consistent with age. A timeless, versatile piece, solid & beautifully imperfect. Drawers open and close with ease, has locking keys (they function & lock, but the system has aged & is more for looks, although nice to have the original keys)
